This book covers the existing market niche in the teaching-learning of English for international logistics, addressing several key areas of logistics, such as production, storage, warehousing, stock inventory, types of cargo and packaging, supply and demand, international transport and Incoterms®.

The book takes for granted an intermediate knowledge of English of its users, so it is not suitable for complete beginners. It is aimed at catering for the specific language needs of both non-native English speakers and teaching professionals in the area of logistics. It contains a large number of explanations useful for different types of exercises designed to deepen into the understanding of the subject matter and the terminology specific to this area. An added value is that it provides the keys to these exercises, together with explanations and notes, which can be used both by trainers to exploit them in various ways and by students in their self-learning process.

At Higher Education levels, it can be used as a basic or complementary textbook in subjects of the Degree in Marine, the Degree in Nautical and Maritime Transport, the Degree in Business Management, and other related knowledge areas. It is also a teaching material suitable for its use in postgraduate courses (Master Degrees in Integrated Logistics, International Transport, International Trade, etc.).

As the book includes exercises with different levels of difficulty, it can also be used in Vocational Training studies, for example Higher Technician in Transport and Logistics, Higher Technician in Maritime Transport and Deep-sea Fishing, or Higher Technician in International Trade.
